The business includes transport, handling, and distribution of passenger vehicles for customers in the automotive industry. With several strategically located facilities and extensive transportation operations, the company offers efficient logistics solutions throughout the entire process, from receipt and terminal handling to transport and final delivery. Operations are characterized by a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery precision. Job Description & Offer In your role as a driver, you are responsible for carrying out transportation in a safe, professional, and quality-conscious manner. You work according to established planning and are responsible for the entire transport process: from loading and securing vehicles to transport, unloading, and documentation. You perform daily inspections of your vehicle, comply with applicable driving and rest time regulations, and report any damage or discrepancies. As a driver, you represent the company in contact with customers and partners, which requires professional and service-oriented conduct. You report to the driver manager and work closely with transport management and other parts of the operation. You are careful and structured in your work and understand the importance of following routines, instructions, and applicable regulations. Since the work involves both independent responsibility and contact with customers and colleagues, we see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and willing to collaborate. You can stay calm when conditions change and have a solution-oriented approach to situations that may arise during the workday. You are also comfortable making decisions and have the authority to stop work if you assess that conditions are unsafe. To succeed in the role of driver, the following are required: • At least 2 years of experience in professional driving • Valid driver's license with authorization for the relevant vehicles and to operate a vehicle combination with a trailer • Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) • Experience loading and unloading fragile goods and/or special cargo yourself • Basic knowledge of driving and rest time regulations, traffic safety, and occupational environment • Basic digital skills and ability to use internal systems and apps • Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written • Experience with car transport operations and vehicle combinations is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have previously worked with loading and unloading passenger vehicles from car transport combinations. Other Details Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time Working hours: Monday – Saturday 07:00-22:30, then 8 days off Location: Opportunity to work from several different locations in Sweden Background checks will be conducted for candidates who advance in the process.
