We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer, CCO, who wants to help lead and develop Oresund DryDocks' commercial operations. In the role of Chief Commercial Officer In this role, you will have overall responsibility for driving sales, business development, and market strategies to ensure company growth and profitability. You are responsible for analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to increase the company's market share. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, partners, and other stakeholders. You have personnel and work environment responsibility for your team, which you lead with a focus on developing employees, creating a high-performance culture, and ensuring that all activities are results-oriented and customer-focused. Your main areas of responsibility and tasks include: Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy Lead and coach the Marketing, Sales & Estimation team Manage budgets and negotiate and close agreements with key customers Analyze market trends and competitive situation Identify and drive new business opportunities Build and maintain strong customer relationships Set and follow up on sales targets Continuously plan projects that may become or are currently relevant, and communicate these within the organization Ensure that quotes provide the opportunity for the profitability that can be expected and verify that customer requirements have relevant liability limitations Optimize processes for increased efficiency and collaborate with other departments to create synergies Develop and ensure the department's compliance with the management system The role is operational and you are expected to participate in estimation work. To apply for the role... you have at least 5 years of experience in commercial leadership within sales, estimation, and business development, preferably from the shipyard industry with a focus on overhaul, repair, conversion, and life extension. You should also: Relevant maritime higher education and/or in economics/marketing Good knowledge and understanding of technical, economic, and operational matters at a shipyard Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's license (category B) IT proficiency and good knowledge of MS Office Ability to work in an international environment Experience with public procurement and work with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 is a merit We offer At Oresund DryDocks, you will quickly become part of the team.
