Responsibilities: As a Car Rental Agent, your main tasks will be to serve customers who want to rent a car from us, both corporate and private customers. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing car rental bookings via phone, email, and in person. In addition, you will also pick up, clean, and deliver vehicles, and ensure that cars are available to customers at the right time and place. You will also be responsible for the administrative and practical work required to ensure that returned vehicles are inspected and prepared as quickly as possible for the next rental. The position is based at our rental offices in Region North with base in Luleå. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who thrives in an international environment with many contacts, both internally and externally. One of your most important qualities is a willingness to deliver high-quality service and a professional approach to your work. The role requires you to be independent, resourceful, and unpretentious. You communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and you are a proficient user of the Office suite. Driver's License Class B is required, and if you have experience with any business system, that is a plus.
