Do you want to work with advanced CNC technology and help develop the future of electric boats? Do you have experience with 5-axis machining and a genuine interest in technology? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as CAM Planner, you will be an important part of the production organization, developing production documentation and CNC programs for the company's modern machine park, which consists of two 5-axis mills. Everything from molds and fixtures to finished components in advanced composite materials is machined here. Your responsibilities include: Develop production documentation and CNC programs for 5-axis machining Plan and develop efficient machining and fixturing methods Work with cost estimation and verification of manufacturing processes to ensure capacity and quality Respond for machining advanced composite materials, particularly carbon fiber and fiberglass composites Collaborate with design, machine operators, and production technicians to ensure efficient programs and fixture solutions Participate in continuous standardization and process development work to optimize production Work with measurement techniques and quality control to ensure manufactured components meet the required quality standards PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in the role of CAM Planner, you are structured, thorough, and solution-oriented. We would like to see that you have the following qualifications: Experience in production technology or machine shop work with a focus on machining Technical education, for example as a CNC technician or engineer Documented experience with CNC milling and CAM planning Experience with 5-axis machining Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM systems Experience with CNC control systems Experience with measurement techniques and quality control Good computer skills Fluent Swedish or English, spoken and written It is a merit if you have: Experience with SolidWorks and/or Mastercam Experience with machining composite materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass Additional experience in production technology and process development ABOUT THE POSITION The position as CAM Planner is located in Nyköping and offers you the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art and sustainable production environment.
