We at Bontemps Bageri are looking for a new team member! 🥐 We are a French artisanal bakery in the heart of Sundsvall where quality, craftsmanship, and service are at the forefront. Now we are looking for a new colleague who wants to help develop Bontemps Bageri together with us and contribute to giving our guests a fantastic experience – every day. About the role As a café attendant with us, you will, among other things: Take care of our customers with a warm and professional approach Serve coffee and sell our products Ensure that the shop is always well-stocked, well-organized, and inviting Prepare sandwiches, customer orders, and other products Keep the café clean and follow our hygiene routines Collaborate with your colleagues to create a pleasant work environment The position covers three working days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Working every Saturday is a fixed part of the position. It is therefore important that this arrangement suits your situation in the long term. Working hours vary between morning and day shifts depending on operational needs. We are looking for you who Are reliable, responsible, and independent Enjoy working independently and can take initiative when needed Have an eye for order, quality, and service Like customer contact and greet people with a smile Are flexible and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment Contribute to a positive atmosphere and good teamwork Previous experience from a café, restaurant, or shop is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
