We are now seeking several skilled and unpretentious environmental workers with a C-class license for our newly established section in Malmö who are interested in varied and socially meaningful work. You will be an important part of a startup where teamwork, commitment, and excellent results are in focus. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this team. Your Responsibilities The work involves operating rear-loading vehicles (garbage trucks) and managing the emptying of containers with packaging materials as well as food and residual waste at our customers' locations in Malmö and Burlöv. Our environmental workers drive according to a planned route and should have good local knowledge and be able to navigate around Malmö/Burlöv. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, you should enjoy being active, and we expect the work to be performed with high quality and service standards. Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday 06:30–15:30. If needed, work may occur in the evenings, weekends, and on public holidays. Compensation is provided according to the current collective agreement. Your Profile C-class license. Valid Professional Competence Certificate (YKB) Digital driver's license Fluid in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. To succeed in this role and because there is significant customer contact, it is important that you are service-oriented, responsible, self-driven, and have strong collaboration skills. You should have good computer skills. You have good physical fitness and are approved as a professional driver according to medical requirements. Industry experience and local knowledge of Malmö/Burlöv are merits. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information Work Location: Malmö Start: October 2026 Full-time, 40 hours per week. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday 06:30–15:30.
