Are you a skilled structural steel fabricator who wants to join a small team that manufactures steel constructions? Do you want to work at a smaller workshop company with significant personal responsibility where you are involved in the complete process from fabrication to installation at local customers? About the Position As a Structural Steel Fabricator at Ripskog, you will: - Be part of a small team with experienced welders. - Be involved in the entire manufacturing process from welding fabrication to on-site installation at customer locations. - Have significant personal responsibility and solve manufacturing challenges together with the responsible manager. We see that you have previous experience with welding where you have worked according to technical drawings. Installation work takes place at local customer sites. In addition to an interest in welding, it is a plus if you have previous experience working independently according to drawings. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Has relevant technical education, preferably with a focus on welding or workshop operations. - Has experience working with fabrication according to technical drawings. - Speaks Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing. - Has a driver's license class B (required). Additional qualifications: - Experience with structural steel fabrication work. - Experience independently executing projects with personal responsibility at customer sites.
