Would you like a key role in one of today's most technically advanced construction projects?
Now there's an opportunity to step into a central role in a modern and sustainability-driven project in Borlänge. Here you'll combine engineering, leadership, and project management in an environment where structure, collaboration, and execution capability are essential for success.
You'll be one of the hubs between engineering, production, and project management – responsible for planning, coordination, and follow-up of technical delivery. The role suits you if you want to take the next step in a developing project environment where your experience makes a real difference, from schedules and budgets to collaboration in the field.
We're seeking both junior and senior roles for a large and technically demanding project. The role suits you if you have a background in contracting, installation, or project management and thrive in projects with a fast pace, multiple technical disciplines, and clear delivery requirements.
In the project, you'll be responsible for planning and managing technical production. You'll develop and monitor schedules, lead and coordinate a technical work group, and ensure that installations and contractors collaborate effectively. The role also includes budget follow-up, cost control, and management of deviations in close collaboration with project management.
You work closely with contractors and installation managers and have a key role in driving the project toward established goals regarding time, cost, and quality.
We're looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility in complex project environments where technical coordination is critical to success.
Qualifications
We're seeking someone who has:
Relevant education in engineering, construction, installation, project management, or equivalent work experience
Experience working in a project environment, such as in production, installation, coordination, or project management
Ability to plan, structure, and follow up work against established goals and schedules
Experience collaborating and coordinating between different disciplines, functions, or stakeholders
Basic understanding of project economics, such as cost or resource tracking
A structured working approach and ability to take responsibility for your own work areas
Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
Meritorious but not required:
Experience from construction, installation, or technology-heavy projects
Previous work in a coordinating or leading role, formal or informal
Experience with large projects or complex project organizations
Total responsibility for one or more major projects
