Collaborate with site managers, other trades, and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule compliance. Perform quality inspections and document completed work according to project requirements. What You Bring Trade education in carpentry or construction, or equivalent practical experience. Several years of experience in carpentry and work at construction sites in Sweden. Ability to read drawings and work with precision, and familiarity with hand and power tools. Valid local safety certificates where required (e.g., scaffolding certificate or hot work certificate) and understanding of workplace safety regulations.
