About the Position As a building constructor at Kontrollbolaget, you'll become part of a small team in Gävle where decision-making is quick and collaboration is close. Here you'll have the opportunity to work independently on projects while also receiving support from colleagues in both Gävle and other offices in Stockholm and Åre. In this role, you'll work with construction design in building projects and be involved in the work from early stages to final solution. Projects vary, which provides a broad and developmental work experience. The Gävle office is centrally located with proximity to the train station, which makes commuting possible. If you appreciate variety, there's also an opportunity to work from Åre during parts of the year, such as in winter. The position is initially location-based in Gävle so you can get a good start in the role and with the team. Once you're settled in, there's an opportunity for some hybrid work. About You We're looking for someone who is confident in your role as a building constructor and has several years of experience in the field. You're comfortable taking responsibility for your work and feel confident driving tasks independently. You thrive in a smaller organization where you can make an impact, contribute your ideas, and be part of the bigger picture. At the same time, you're good at collaborating and communicating with both colleagues and other project stakeholders. We see that you're solution-oriented, thorough, and have a genuine interest in construction design and building technology.
