About the role
As a construction manager/senior project manager at Bengt Dahlgren, you're responsible for planning, leading, and driving projects or subprojects from start to finish. You ensure delivery meets objectives, timelines, and budgets, and you serve as an important contact person both internally and externally.
The role involves working closely with customers, project teams, and colleagues, contributing to good progress, clarity, and quality in projects. You monitor the project's status, financials, and resources, and ensure work is carried out in accordance with the company's guidelines, processes, and procedures.
Examples of work tasks
Lead and drive projects from planning to delivery according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Manage the project's finances, resources, staffing, and follow-up.
Coordinate project teams and serve as a contact person for customers and partners.
Contribute to business development, customer relations, and the development of working methods and competence.

Who are you?
We're looking for an experienced project manager or construction manager who enjoys leading large and complex construction and real estate projects. You have the ability to create structure, drive projects forward, and build good relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. The role suits someone who is business-minded, action-oriented, and shares Bengt Dahlgren's values: holistic thinking, commitment, and courage.
You have:
Relevant academic education or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of experience in project management within construction or real estate.
Knowledge of construction law, work environment, and construction industry regulations.
Good system skills, experience with Microsoft 365, and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
B driver's license.
It's a merit if you have
Certification in project management, such as IPMA or PMP.
Experience with large and complex construction and real estate projects.
Knowledge of project finance, scheduling, and risk management.
Experience with BIM or other project and review tools.
An established network within the construction and real estate industry.
Location
The position can be based in Norrköping.
