About the Role We are looking for someone who wants to use your expertise to ensure high quality in operations and road maintenance work. If you have previous experience with surveying and want to develop in an engaged group that is passionate about their work, then this is the role for you. About the Role As a construction manager with us, you will become an important part of Road Survey Technology (RST) – the Nordic leader in road maintenance. You will be part of a competent team of approximately 10 people and be responsible for construction management in the Gothenburg area. The work takes place in close collaboration with the Swedish Transport Administration's project manager and contractors engaged by them. You should be residing somewhere near Gothenburg. To succeed in this role, you need: To be flexible – evening and night shifts are part of the position Good communication skills and strong commitment to your work Good planning ability and experience taking responsibility for your assignments Computer proficiency Understanding of what seasonal work entails Solution-oriented and interested in technology Requirements: At least one year of experience working in the road marking industry Ability to perform surveying with a marking vehicle Class B driving license Ready to Start Working With Us?
