Concrete Construction Manager

Are you an experienced and organized construction manager with strong expertise in concrete? We are now seeking a Concrete Construction Manager who wants to drive and monitor work on one of our projects. Work Tasks As a concrete construction manager, you will, among other things: ● Monitor concrete work in production. ● Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, technical requirements, quality standards, and schedule. ● Coordinate contractors and other parties involved in the project. ● Monitor quality, schedule, and production. ● Handle documentation, reporting, and other project administration. ● Ensure that applicable regulations, procedures, and requirements within the concrete field are followed. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: ● Engineering degree, preferably in construction or civil engineering. ● Class 1 competence in concrete. ● Good experience and knowledge in concrete and construction production. ● Good administrative skills and experience working with documentation, follow-up, and reporting. ● Good understanding of drawings, technical documentation, and contract processes. ● Ability to work in a structured and independent manner. ● Good collaboration skills and a clear communication style. You thrive with many contact points and have the ability to combine technical concrete expertise with structure and administration.
