ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Construction Project Manager at Intressanta Hus, you are responsible for the entire construction process – from project handover following customer request to final inspection and move-in. You manage several parallel single-family home projects and work closely with sales, carpenters, subcontractors, and colleagues at head office. The role requires both on-site presence and structure in administrative work. You have overall responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality – with the goal of delivering projects with high customer satisfaction and zero defects at final inspection.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Lead and coordinate construction projects throughout the entire construction process
Establish, follow up on, and adjust schedules
Coordinate subcontractors
Conduct construction meetings and ensure project presence
Handle technical consultations and final consultations
Follow up on self-inspections, inspections, costs, and invoices
Manage administration, documentation, and record-keeping
Participate in structural inspections, inspections, and customer handover
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a construction technical background and several years of experience managing construction projects – preferably in single-family home production. You are comfortable in both the practical reality of the construction site and administrative follow-up, and you thrive in a role where you have many points of contact – both internally and with customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry with experience as a construction manager or project manager
Experience managing and coordinating construction projects
Good knowledge of scheduling, project management, and subcontractor coordination
Experience with self-inspections, inspections, and final inspection
Customer contact experience
Experience with administrative work (inspections, invoices, documentation)
Ability to read and understand C-drawings
Knowledge of construction law (AB04, ABT06)
Base U certification
Class B driver's license
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Meriting:
Knowledge of Safe Water & BKR
Knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, and Slack
