Job Description About the Role As a structural engineer with Industrial Civil in Luleå, you will be part of a dedicated team working on structural design for industrial and construction projects. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to assignments throughout the entire project lifecycle—from concept and design to finished structural solutions. Your tasks will include: Working with 3D design and drawing production for steel and concrete structures. Developing sustainable and technically well-executed solutions based on calculations and project requirements. Participating in the design and development of structures for industrial facilities. Collaborating with colleagues across multiple technical disciplines to create comprehensive solutions. Contributing technical problem-solving expertise to both small and large projects. Our assignments include, among others, mining and metal industry, energy, chemicals, pulp and paper, and other process and manufacturing industries. We believe you have experience in structural design and are motivated by transforming technical challenges into practical solutions. You are curious, quality-conscious, and see the value of collaborating with others to achieve the best results. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: A degree in a relevant field from a higher education institution, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in structural design. Experience with relevant structural design tools. Good English skills, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience with dimensioning, FE analysis, or tools such as Tekla and Revit. As a person, we believe you: Enjoy analyzing and solving technical challenges. Work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan and prioritize. Contribute to good collaboration and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Take responsibility for quality and safety in your work.
