About Us Linotol is the leading player in Scandinavia for flooring contracting and offers complete solutions in concrete floors, concrete production, and seamless flooring. With broad expertise and long experience, we take responsibility for the entire process from foundation design and on-site concrete mixing to finished floor surfaces. We combine solid professional expertise with modern work methods and a well-developed machinery fleet to create efficient and sustainable solutions with high quality. You will work closely with our project managers and other colleagues in the organization. We have high expertise in our field and believe in sharing knowledge, involving one another, and solving tasks together. Your Tasks and Areas of Responsibility As a structural engineer with us, you will primarily work on designing our custom-built concrete floors. You will also support operations in other technical areas, such as flatness analysis and technical investigations. Your main tasks are: Develop design solutions and complete drawing packages Review and update drawings and technical documentation Coordinate technical matters with project managers and other parts of the organization Perform flatness analysis and other technical investigations Contribute technical expertise and advice to operations Who Are You? We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in construction, such as a structural engineer, CAD designer, or building engineer with a BIM focus. You may also have acquired equivalent skills through work experience. You could be newly graduated and ready to take your first step in your career, or have previous experience in design and concrete construction. If you have worked with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, that's a plus. We believe you'll thrive in this role if you are meticulous and structured, while also being curious and solution-oriented. You take responsibility for your work, dare to take your own initiative, and see it as natural to both ask questions and share your knowledge. Since the role involves many contact points, you enjoy collaborating and contributing to the team. You have strong skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
