Build and lead our sales team in Stockholm! We at Impressive Relations are expanding and are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to lead our team in Stockholm working with face-to-face sales. This is your chance to combine sales with leadership – and to be passionate about creating results together with others. About the role: In this role you will grow as a salesperson but also develop your team's sales skills. You will take the helm and lead the team day-to-day. You will start a completely new team together with us. Your responsibilities include: Plan schedules and ensure the conditions are in place for sales success Coach and develop salespeople to reach and exceed targets Follow up on results and report against budget Be part of the sales yourself – you lead through both words and actions We are looking for you who: Have experience in field sales Are a natural leader who helps others grow Have the ability to both create structure and keep energy high in the team Are driven, solution-oriented, and ready to take responsibility See opportunities in building something new from the ground up The right person is more important than the right title – we believe in leadership through personality and commitment, not just previous credentials.
