About the Role: As an outdoor sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team and drive your own sales. You visit homeowners in their homes, analyze their energy needs, and present tailored solutions in solar panels, battery storage, and energy-efficient windows. You become the customer's advisor through the entire process – from the first meeting to closing the deal. When you start with us, you'll receive comprehensive onboarding, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to succeed in the role. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who has a driver's license (category B) and is flexible with working hours. As a person, you are social, driven, and self-motivated. You are comfortable meeting new people and have an easy time building trust. If you're not already a salesperson at heart, you want to learn and develop a career in sales.
