About the Position

Responsibilities
You will be based at Sonepar's facility in Boden, where the work centers on warehouse management. You'll work closely with a dedicated team consisting of project managers, technical supervisors, and other coordinators. As a coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing the daily flow of materials in the project. This combines physical work with administrative tasks—all in an environment where structure and responsibility are paramount.
Example Tasks:
• Inventory, inspect, and quality-check incoming and outgoing materials
• Label, document, and track shipments
• Plan and coordinate logistics flows
• Operate materials using a wheel loader (training provided if needed)
• Participate in developing and optimizing work routines and structure on-site
What We're Looking For
You have an interest in practical warehouse work and a natural sense for structure and efficiency.
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar environments is a plus
• Forklift certification and wheel loader certification are advantageous
