About the Role We're looking for a sales-driven and business-oriented partner who wants to help build Match & Move's division in both recruitment and staffing. You take full responsibility for new client acquisition, sales, and relationship building – and you lay the foundation for our continued growth in both service areas. You simply want to be part of something important, not just have a job among many. 🎯 Your Responsibilities Prospecting and client acquisition in both recruitment and staffing Scheduling and conducting client meetings Selling Match & Move's recruitment and staffing services Full responsibility for creating new business and long-term client relationships Driving sales to build recurring client partnerships 👤 We're Looking for You Who Have: Experience in sales within recruitment, staffing, or other B2B service sales A strong drive, are results-oriented, and thrive with significant personal responsibility A broad network and are confident meeting with decision-makers Your own F-tax certificate or invoice through self-employment 💼 Assignment Form and Compensation Assignment Form: Your own company with F-tax certificate or invoicing via self-employment Location: Remote (with possibility of office space later if you wish) Start: By agreement Compensation Model: Commission-based Recruitment: 50/50 – you receive 50% of the fixed recruitment fee for each deal you create. Staffing: Attractive and customized commission model, designed in dialogue based on the scope and nature of the business.
