Hofors Din Health Center provides standard primary care. We have physicians, child health clinic (BVC), district nurse and nursing clinics, assistant nurse clinic and specimen collection, psychosocial team, occupational therapist, physical therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. Our premises also include a maternal health clinic. We are approximately 40 employees in our unit and hold regular professional meetings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Child health care assignments are regulated through the National Handbook, Health Care Handbook, and Child Health Care. Work at the child health clinic involves independent work at BVC with vaccination clinics, home visits, telephone consultation, and leading parent groups together with other professionals at the health center. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and collaboration skills. In the role of Child Health Clinic Nurse you should • be a licensed nurse with a specialist nursing degree as a district nurse including prescribing rights, or a nurse with specialization in child and youth care including prescribing rights • have a driver's license. It is meriting if you have knowledge and experience of child health care guidelines for BHV/BVC. Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.
