SIA "Rīgas nami" is a capital company of Riga City Municipality, whose main activities include preserving cultural and historical heritage, developing and managing properties, ensuring market operations, and providing cultural events at the cinema "Splendid Palace" and the Blackheads' House. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Planning, managing, and controlling real estate development projects; • Developing real estate development proposals, including graphic solutions; • Drafting building renovation, reconstruction, restoration, and other work/design tasks, planning project timelines and budgets; • Managing procurement and participating in procurement commission work; • Preparing project documentation. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: • Higher education in engineering; • Experience in design and project management; • Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, precision, and the ability to organize your own work and that of project participants; • Good knowledge of Latvian language and preferably knowledge of foreign languages; • High-level Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in at least one graphics program (preferably AutoCAD or Revit); • Knowledge of and ability to apply Latvian Republic construction regulations; • Category B driver's license; • Preferably a valid certificate in architecture. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: • Architecture, interior design, or building construction design, project evaluation, building project expertise, development of territorial planning documents (detailed plans, local plans, or thematic plans); • Working with the Construction Information System (BIS) and/or the Territorial Development Planning Information System (TAPIS); • Building Information Modeling (BIM); • Restoration and renovation of historical buildings.
