VAS "Valsts nekustamie īpašumi" / SIA "Rīgas nami" is a capital company of Riga City Municipality, whose main activities include the preservation of cultural and historical heritage, property development, management and maintenance, ensuring market operations, and providing cultural events at the cinema "Splendid Palace" and Melngalvju House. SIA "Rīgas nami" invites applications for: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (Development and Construction Project Management Department) WE OFFER: Dynamic and responsible work in central Riga; Monthly salary 2500-3000 EUR (gross), depending on professional qualifications and experience; Health insurance (after probation period) and other additional benefits as provided in the collective labor agreement; Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work partially remotely; All necessary technical equipment for performing work duties; Professional development and training opportunities; A friendly and supportive team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Planning, organizing and implementing construction projects, preparing estimates, coordinating and supervising construction work; Developing technical specifications, preparing contracts and monitoring contract execution; Organizing and evaluating price quotes for research, design and construction work; Preparing, coordinating and administering project-related documentation; Regular and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent information flow. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Higher education (preferably in construction, engineering, project management or construction economics). Preferably at least 2 years of previous experience working with construction or real estate development projects. Knowledge and understanding of construction processes, full project management processes and methodologies, project documentation flow. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively plan and organize work both independently and in a team. The ability to respond promptly and make decisions in high-pressure situations. Preferably experience in estimate preparation and cost control processes. Very good knowledge of Latvian. Category B driving license. Preference will be given to candidates if you have: Experience working with building information modeling (BIM). Practical experience in construction (construction manager, construction supervisor, responsible construction project manager). Valid professional construction practice certificate (e.g., construction manager or construction supervisor certificate).
