We will entrust you with: • monitoring compliance of construction work and construction processes with legal requirements, preparing opinions and making decisions; • monitoring the safety of buildings in operation, ensuring compliance of operations with legal requirements, preparing opinions and making decisions; • accepting buildings into operation by assessing their readiness for operation and compliance with legal requirements in the construction field and the construction project; • inspecting buildings on site and issuing a certificate on the absence of a building; • advising legal and natural persons on construction matters. We expect from you: • compliance with the requirements of Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 499 of 19.08.2014 "Regulations on Building Inspectors", including: • second-level professional higher education in architecture in an architect study program or at least first-level professional higher education in construction in a civil engineer study program; • independent practice rights in architecture in the architect profession or in construction in the civil engineer profession; • to conclude an employment contract, the candidate must be registered in the building inspectors register; • knowledge of legal acts regulating construction matters; • state language proficiency at the highest level; • good computer skills (MS Office) and office equipment; • high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team (also in intensive working conditions); • necessary "B" category driver's license.
