We will entrust you with: participating with the building inspector and inspecting buildings and construction sites during construction work, as well as buildings accepted for operation, monitoring their safety, including the presence of unauthorized construction (conducting general visual inspection), preparing a draft opinion on building inspection; participating with the building inspector in building acceptance for operation, preparing and executing a draft act on building acceptance for operation; inspecting the building on site together with the building inspector and preparing a draft statement on the non-existence of the building; reviewing and preparing responses to submissions from legal and natural persons; consulting legal and natural persons on construction-related matters. We expect from you: at least secondary professional education in the construction field; knowledge of regulatory acts governing construction matters; state language knowledge at the highest level; excellent computer skills (MS Office) and office equipment operation; high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team (including in intensive work conditions); desirable category "B" driver's license.
