The limited liability company "Daugavpils Residential and Municipal Services Enterprise," which ensures quality, safe, and sustainable management of the residential fund in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: Chief Construction Foreman, profession code: 7115 04, work location: Kauņas Street 7, Daugavpils. Key Job Responsibilities: organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily work of construction workers and construction foremen in carrying out repairs to the residential fund; plan repair work, prepare work execution schedules, and monitor compliance with set deadlines; organize preparation of repair sites and ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and other resources; perform quality control and acceptance of completed repair work; personally participate in repair work, especially in technically complex and critical tasks; monitor rational use of materials, tools, and work equipment and ensure material inventory; collaborate with other specialists in planning and executing repair work; operationally organize and perform urgent and emergency repair work; participate in technical inspections of residential buildings and identify necessary repair work. Required Qualifications and Requirements for Candidates: secondary vocational education; at least 1 (one) year of practical work experience in the construction field; state language proficiency at level A2, confirmed by appropriate documentation; ability to organize and manage small team work; strong skills in work planning and prioritization; ability to make independent decisions and operationally resolve problem situations; responsible and careful attitude toward work quality; good communication and cooperation skills.
