Store Strategy Manager - Renewals & Expansion

ICA Maxi Special is in an exciting development phase with strong momentum in both expansion and renewal of Maxi Supermarkets. To strengthen our team, we are now seeking an additional Store Strategy Manager - Renewals & Expansion who wants to be part of developing the supermarket network of the future. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours/week) with a start date as soon as possible. About the role of Store Strategy Manager - Renewals & Expansion at Maxi Special As a Store Strategy Manager, you are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and driving Maxi Special's renewal and new establishment initiatives. The role includes investment calculations, renewal plans, and project monitoring to ensure long-term profitable and competitive development of Maxi Special's store network. You work in close collaboration with retailers, property management, Apoteket Hjärtat, and other relevant stakeholders. You thrive in an operations-oriented role where you regularly visit Maxi Supermarkets throughout the country. The role involves extensive travel and many days on the road in close collaboration with stores, project organizations, and other stakeholders. Are you the person we're looking for? We are seeking someone with: - University degree or equivalent knowledge through experience - At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of store operations and business development - Experience with analysis work, calculations, and project management - Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Strong proficiency in drawing software Bluebeam and Archicad - Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Why choose ICA?
