Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing great service every day. In your role as a store associate, you'll work varied with all different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward changes
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the regulations of the Swedish Work Environment Authority (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

Recruiting is done with ongoing selection, which is why we'd love to see your application as soon as possible. These are temporary positions for 20 hours per week starting immediately and lasting until October 31, 2027 at the latest. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled including early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
