Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You're passionate about providing great service every day. In the role of store associate, you'll work with a variety of different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure product freshness and expiration dates
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you'll contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you need to be at least 18 years old
