Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers and for you, the customer is always number one. You are truly passionate about delivering great service every day. In the role as store associate, you get to work varied with all the different tasks that are part of the daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure the shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates of products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that extra touch to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chap. 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of 10 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled including early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
