Your Role
As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing great service every day. In your role as a retail sales associate, you'll work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for you who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you need to be at least 18 years old

This position is a temporary employment with hourly wages. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be according to a schedule that includes early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
