As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer always comes first. You are passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as a retail sales associate, you'll work varied hours with all the different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring the shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, that extra bit to give our customers the best store experience!
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

This position is an hourly employment. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
