Vapes.se is seeking a service-oriented and responsible retail sales associate for our store on Drottninggatan in central Gothenburg. As a retail sales associate, you work in direct contact with our customers and help them find products that suit their needs. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for keeping the store welcoming, well-stocked, and running smoothly throughout the workday. The work involves both independent tasks and collaboration with colleagues. You therefore need to feel confident working independently and occasionally managing the store on your own. Evening and weekend shifts are a natural part of this position. Your responsibilities • Sales and personal customer service • Product guidance for adult customers • Age verification according to company procedures • Cash handling • Opening and closing the store • Restocking and merchandising products • Receiving and checking deliveries • Internal orders and inventory management • Cleaning and general maintenance of the store premises • Ensuring that company procedures and guidelines are followed Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and always strives to provide professional and friendly service. You are responsible, thorough, and quick to spot what needs to be done. You enjoy working both independently and with others, take initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment. We would like you to have: • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service • Confidence working independently • Responsiveness and clarity in customer interactions • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly • Be at least 18 years old Interest in e-cigarettes and related products is a plus, but prior product knowledge is not required. You will receive introduction and training in our product range, our procedures, and the regulations that apply to our business.
