Retail Sales Associate at Specsavers in Boden!

We are now looking for a retail sales associate who wants to become part of the team at Specsavers in Boden - a store with short decision-making paths and great flexibility. The position is a permanent employment at 85% and includes a 6-month trial period. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
The store's opening hours are weekdays 08:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–14:00. We follow the Handels collective agreement.
Work is performed on a rotating schedule with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend.
Your responsibilities
You don't need any prior experience in optics – we provide you with solid training through practical instruction in the store combined with digital education. After the introduction, you become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye exams, and tell them about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and happy to return, while being an ambassador for Specsavers' mission to make better eye health accessible to all.
Who are you:
Engaged, customer-focused, and ready to take responsibility
Experience from the service industry, preferably in retail
Social and have a talent for building customer relationships
Flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have an aptitude for learning and want to develop in your role
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
