Retail Sales Associate at Specsavers in Boden!

We are now looking for a retail sales associate who wants to be part of the team at Specsavers in Boden - a store with short decision-making paths and great flexibility. This is a permanent position at 85% and includes a 6-month probationary period. Start date is immediately or by agreement.
Store hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00. We follow the Retail Collective Agreement.
Work is scheduled on a rotating basis with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend.
Your responsibilities
You don't need any previous experience in optics – we provide you with thorough training through practical instruction in the store combined with digital courses. After the introduction, you become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye examinations and tell customers about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and happy to return, while being an ambassador for Specsavers' mission to make better eye health accessible to everyone.
Who are you:

Experience from the service industry, preferably in retail
Social and good at building customer relationships
Flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn and wanting to develop in your role
Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
