Retail Sales Associate at Specsavers in Alingsås

We are now seeking a retail sales associate who wants to be part of the team at Specsavers in Alingsås. This is a permanent position at 80–100%, with the possibility to adjust your hours according to your preferences. The position includes a 6-month trial period. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
Store hours are weekdays 09:00–18:00 and Saturdays 09:00–15:00. We follow the Retail Collective Agreement.
Work is scheduled on a rotating basis with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend.
Your responsibilities
You don't need any previous experience in optics – we will provide you with thorough training through practical on-the-job instruction combined with digital learning. After your introduction, you will become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye examinations, and share information about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return, while also being an ambassador for Specsavers' goal of making better eye health accessible to all.
Who are you:

Experience from the service industry, preferably in retail
Social and good at building customer relationships
Flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn and eager to develop in your role
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
