Do you want to work with sales, service, and customer relations in a stable, family-owned company? Skene Järn is looking for an engaged store sales associate for our store in Borås. You will be an important part of our team and a key contact point for both private customers and professionals. As a store sales associate, you actively work with sales and customer advice. You help our customers find the right products and solutions based on their needs, and you also work with orders, quotes, and upselling. The role is varied and combines customer contact, sales, and product knowledge with personal responsibility. We are looking for you who · Are service-oriented, communicative, and have a strong customer focus · Have a genuine interest in sales and building good customer relations · Have experience in sales and service, as well as good computer skills · Have a B-class driver's license Experience or knowledge within tools, machinery, hardware, forestry, or gardening is a plus. You don't need to know everything from the start. For us, the right attitude, service mindset, and willingness to develop are most important. You will receive product training and support from experienced colleagues to get into the role.
