JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the daily operations of the store together with your colleagues.
Provide professional service and advice to customers in-store and by phone.
Handle sales, order intake, and customer inquiries.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, well-organized, and attractive to customers.
Unpack, restock, and display merchandise in the store.
Contribute to good order and a well-functioning store environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant work experience in retail and sales
Sales experience, preferably in a trade supply store.
B-class driver's license
Good IT skills
Ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

You are a service-oriented, driven, and responsible person who enjoys both sales and practical store work. You have a strong customer focus and are motivated by delivering the best possible service to professional customers in the flooring industry. Experience in flooring crafts or related fields is an asset.

You are structured, orderly, and curious about learning new things. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are happy to support your colleagues while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.

A position with a growing wholesaler in the flooring industry in Sweden. We are the only full-range wholesaler in Sweden that collaborates with all market-leading suppliers in the industry. Our broad expertise, service level, and fast deliveries are something we are especially proud of. With us, you become part of the team and get to be part of our development journey. The position is permanent with an initial probation period of six months. We have a collective agreement. The work location is Västberga, the position is full-time, and the start date is by agreement.
