This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period ⭐ What you'll focus onTogether, we constantly strive to give our visitors a world-class experience, and as a retail sales associate, you're on the front lines of that work. As a sales associate at Lyko, you're so much more than "just" a sales associate – you're an advisor, inspiration, best beauty buddy, and an important part of the visitor's experience. For us, it's about truly meeting each visitor. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping visitors find the right product for their specific needs. That's how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted ✨Beyond customer interactions, you're also responsible for daily operations including ordering, stocking merchandise, and building visual campaigns. You're also responsible for the overall impression of the store – keeping it clean, neat, and inspiring – spotless, really! For this role, we believe you: Love beauty!
