About the position As a sales associate at Stenbolaget, you help and guide our customers to the right products for their projects. You are responsible for creating a first-class customer experience – from first contact to completed transaction. Your main tasks are to: Help customers find the right solutions for their projects. Prepare and follow up on quotations. Build long-term customer relationships. Contribute to the store's sales and common goals. We work towards clear sales targets. You are motivated by doing business, creating results and developing together with your colleagues. We believe that you: Have experience from the construction industry or building supply, or a strong interest in the field. Have sales experience, preferably within construction or retail. Are service-oriented, engaged and enjoy working towards set goals. Are a team player who enjoys taking responsibility and contributing to a positive work environment.
