About the Retail Sales Associate Role We're looking for you to provide our customers in Uddevalla with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain. You will handle all tasks that occur in a retail store and are expected to take personal responsibility and initiative and want to be part of our journey to develop the store toward new success. As a retail sales associate with a focus on HVAC, you'll be the first contact for our customers and responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring customers leave the store with fantastic service, attention, and the best products for their needs. In addition to plumbers, you'll also help other trades daily, such as facilities managers or carpenters. In our Uddevalla store, you'll be part of a team of 3 retail sales associates. At the branch, you'll also work with approximately 10 inside and outside sales representatives. Are You the One We're Looking For? Right now we're seeking a temporary replacement for a colleague going on parental leave from September 2026 to June 2027. We're looking for you who are open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide our customers with good service, it's important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and a positive attitude. Your background can vary, but we'd like to see that you have general technical knowledge and preferably experience from a similar role before. A requirement is that you have previous experience in HVAC (Heating and Sanitation).
