About the Role We're looking for someone who wants to deliver the best possible service to our customers in the Arvika area and support them with qualified advice in our store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain systems. You'll handle all the tasks that occur in a retail store, and we expect you to take personal responsibility and initiative while being part of our journey to develop the store toward new success. The person we're seeking today will be responsible for our HVAC department. As a retail sales associate, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for advising them, processing sales, and ensuring they leave the store with excellent service, great treatment, and the best products for their needs. In our Arvika store, you'll join a team of 3 retail sales associates. We value teamwork and continuous professional development. We're looking for someone who is open, responsible, and service-oriented. You need to be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and various business systems. To provide our customers with great service, it's important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. We work together at Ahlsell to make things simple for our customers—we call it One Ahlsell. Your background can vary, but we'd prefer someone with general technical knowledge and ideally experience from the installation industry or a previous sales role. We consider it a plus if you have experience with HVAC installation or have worked with HVAC materials. Please mention in your application if you have a forklift certification, as it will be required in this role. If you don't have one today, we'll arrange it once you join the team.
