You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. It can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in their basket and with a good feeling! What will you do? Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure that customers leave the store with everything on their shopping list (and maybe an extra item or with new inspiration). Work with merchandise replenishment and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and selling shelves. Contribute to order and cleanliness in the store – clean and neat is a given. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! Who are you? You are a natural problem solver who likes pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged. Like doing things together and contribute with energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done! What do you get?
