About the Job
Position details: We are recruiting for two positions:
Permanent position at 26 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Temporary assignment at 30 hours per week through August 31, 2027.
Start date: August 17, 2026 or by agreement.
Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You'll make sure the customer leaves happy - and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling inside!
What will you do?
Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration)
Work at the checkout and front-of-store, including gaming product sales and customer service
Help with restocking and create a pleasant store environment
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who are you?
You're a natural problem-solver who loves pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Have you worked in retail or at a checkout before? Great! If you're also familiar with ATG and Svenska Spel – even better!
We believe you:
Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too.
Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged
Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy
Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done – and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
