About the Job Position: Temporary contract for 10 hours until 2027-05-31 Start date: 2026-09-28 or by agreement. Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to leave the final impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude. You should make sure the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling! What will you do? Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration). Work at the checkout, including service tasks. Help with restocking and create a pleasant store environment. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and we help where needed! Who are you? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you thrive in customer interactions? Excellent! If you've also worked in retail or at a checkout before – even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done – and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
