About the Job
Position: Permanent employment at 7.5 hours per week, with a trial period.
Start Date: 2026-10-12 or by agreement.
Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of this work.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves happy—and hopefully with an extra item in their cart and a great feeling!
What will you do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks include:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration).
Work the cashier, including service requests.
Help with restocking and create a pleasant store environment.
Work together with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who are you?
You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before—even better!
We believe you:
Have a high school diploma and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too.
Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
Are curious, solution-oriented, see when something needs to be done, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
