Your Role As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You're passionate about providing great service every day. In your role as a store associate, you'll work on a variety of different tasks that are part of daily store operations. This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure product freshness and check expiration dates
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, that extra something to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify work tasks that need to be done, and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We consider it a plus if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You are at least 18 years old and speak fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
