About the Job Position: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies. Start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have a chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. It could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied – and ideally with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks include: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or with new inspiration). Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization. Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring produce department. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help wherever needed. Who are you? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked with produce in a store before – even better! We believe you: Have upper secondary education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done – and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done! What do you get?
