About the Job Position: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, with a trial period. Start Date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You Perfect the Customer Experience You have the opportunity to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and enjoyable. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they're looking for in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves happy – and ideally with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling in their heart! What Will You Do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or with new inspiration). Work with restocking, orders, and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and appealing shelves. Contribute to offering our customers fresh and inspiring fresh produce departments. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! Who Are You? You are a natural problem-solver who likes pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school diploma and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
