Position details: Permanent employment at 30 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start date: October 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy—and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling inside! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or with new inspiration). Work with product restocking, orders, and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and attractive shelves. Contribute to offering our customers fresh and inspiring produce departments. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we are a team and help where needed! Who are you? You have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's great if you do too. You love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. You enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy. You're curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
